Woodstock Wine

We’re thrilled to welcome back our long-term supporter, Scott Collett, from Woodstock Wine, known for crafting iconic Australian wines that showcase the richness of McLaren Vale. Scott’s passion for winemaking and dedication to excellence will add a unique touch to this year’s event.

Rudderless Vineyard

Established in 1979, Maxwell Wines is carved into a limestone hill located on the northern edge of the McLaren Vale township and etched into the region’s history as an estate winery & meadery, with a restaurant led by a Michelin trained chef.

Three generations of the Maxwell family have seen the winery grow to become a regional icon. Offering so much more than at first glance, the grounds have a hedge maze, where you can literally lose yourself in the moment. Explore the Lime Cave, a magical and intimate subterranean setting. Carved fifty metres into the hill by one man a hundred years ago to grow mushrooms, this magnificent chamber offers one of the most unique experiences in Adelaide.

We welcome our long term supporter, Scott Collett from Woodstock Wine, who will be joining us as our guest wine maker for the evening.

MR. RIGGS

Mr. Riggs Wine Co. was founded in 2001 as a collaboration between Ben Riggs (with decades of vintages at McLaren Vale’s Wirra Wirra under his belt) and his mentor Tony Parkinson. The winery is positioned at the premium end of the ladder, using Ben’s extensive contacts with growers to pick exceptional fruit from the Adelaide Hills, Clare Valley, Barossa Valley, Coonawarra and McLaren Vale.

In 2013 the demerger of the Galvanized Wine Group saw Ben strike out on his own at the helm of Mr. Riggs Wine Co. Ben relishes the freedom of being CEO and winemaker, to polish and perfect the wines in their exciting evolution.

Effective from Monday 10th January, all guests arriving at Mindil Beach Casino Resort to utilise the facilities including guests attending your event are required to be fully vaccinated.
On arrival guests will need to check in via the check in app and produce a digital copy or hard copy of their vaccination to enter the property. If one of your guests has a medical exemption,
they will need to provide an exemption certificate issued by the Commonwealth. The above is in compliance with the Northern Territory Government Chief Health Officer’s (CHO) Directions,
